Shipping policy

UK Delivery:

Delivery is FREE for all orders of £150.00+. For all orders under £150 there is a delivery charge of £5.00. Orders are shipped by DHL (with Tracking Reference Number). Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri).

How to Track Your UK Order

To find out the status of your order, you can track your order using the DHL website.

International Delivery

Zone A: Europe:

Delivery is FREE for all orders of £150.00+. For all orders under £150, there is a delivery charge of £15.00. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days (Mon–Fri) depending on the country.

From 3-25 August 2024, all orders to Europe will be dispatched from the UK via DHL. 

Tracking reference is provided. 

Please note that we do not currently ship to Italy or Spain.

Zone B: Rest of the World:

Option One: Delivery is FREE for all orders of £250.00+. For all orders under £250, there is a flat rate delivery charge of £25.00. Estimated delivery time is 5–15 working days (Mon–Fri) depending on the country. When possible all deliveries are via DHL. Orders to Malaysia and China are shipped by Royal Mail due to local logistics. Tracking reference is provided. Please note that we do not currently ship to South Africa.

Option Two: Express International Tracked & Signed (1–2 Working Days for USA and Hong Kong; 1–3 Working Days for Australia): £35.00 (dispatched by DHL).

For the purposes of all of our delivery options, your order must be placed before 3pm on the previous working day. 
In the event of adverse weather conditions, strikes, Acts of God or any other events outside of our control there may be some delays to the delivery of your order. All our delivery services are sent by Royal Mail or DHL. Our FREE UK DELIVERY service is available for all addresses within the UK and Channel Islands. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order please note that there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales specified above are indicative only and we shall not be liable for any delay whatsoever. Please allow one additional day for deliveries to off-shore islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
